When transforming the business it is important to change company mind-set and culture to embrace the new ways of working. To support the mission it has been important to ensure that the business systems which do not have a strategic focus have low maintenance needs. Resources and efforts are put into developing new products and solutions which support the core business of managing tanker vessels for owners maximizing their vessels’ economic and environmental performance.
