Peter Klovgaard-Jørgensen, current Group CFO at H+H International and former CFO at ISS Denmark, will present how H+H International is developing from a small/mid cap enterprise towards a large cap enterprise through a clear growth strategy. In this maturity journey it is continuously important to prioritize initiatives, ensure optimal organizational structure and that the technological platforms are strong, agile and scalable to support growth.

As a part of the process Peter has changed vital platforms and IT systems, elected specific strategic initiatives and centralized former decentral functions.
