Managing Supply Chain risk and disruption

Rikke Bjerre Eberhard

Global Head of Supply, E&S at Alfa Laval

Managing risk in supply chain has become a key initiative for organizations. The Covid-19 pandemic has revealed weaknesses on how companies have been prepared for non-predictable and unprecedented events. It is vital for any organization to be aware of who they are doing business with, so that they can avoid operative and reputational problems, and be prepared to continue business under all circumstances.

Join this session to discuss the latest best practices on supply chain risk management and how it can be turned into long term competitive advantage.

Rikke Bjerre Eberhard, Head of Supply Chain E&S, Alfa Laval will moderate the discussion between maximum 20 Supply Chain and Procurement Directors from the largest companies in the Nordics. We limit the number of participants to provide the best possible virtual conditions for knowledge sharing through top keynote presentations, networking in breakout groups and Q&As in a virtual setting.
