Re-organizing HR for higher impact: Tele2 and Com Hem merged in Nov 2018. In parallel with supporting the significant integration work, the HR function also needed to be transformed. By prioritizing business demands and adjusting the way of working of the HR function, we have been able to reduce HR headcount with ~30%, at the same time as the HR team engagement and business leader satisfaction has increased.
