In Parkværelset. Global HR Transformation in LEO Pharma – the ONE HR Project implementing standard global processes and systems while building a Shared Services Organization.
LEO has embarked on a journey to transform from an HR technology follower into a leader. Innovation is built into their core values and HR through the ONE HR project, implementing standard global processes and systems building on well-established Cloud platforms like Success Factors and Service Now. At the same time, they are building a Shared Services Organization that does not rely on lift and shift approach. They lift and improve by introducing Employee & Manager Self-Service, robotics, and then shift. Both the Employee and Manager experience and engagement is at the forefront of their approach.
Manos Katantonakis, Head of Process, Continuous Improvement and HR projects, LEO Pharma.
