Grundfos is on a major digital transformation journey to supplement the pump solutions business by also becoming a digital solution and service provider. This transformation consists of several areas where new capabilities across the entire organization needs to be built and developed to utilize the digitalization vision and ambitions to deliver new digital offerings. This will impact and challenge the organizational set-up, culture, ways of working, getting the right digital talents and in general the HR processes.
