Coops mission handler om kampen for en bedre og bæredygtig hverdag for alle.

Coop sætter nu i endnu højere grad kunden i centrum ved blandt andet at skabe et stærkere fokus på lokalforankring og øget ejerskabs mentalitet i de mere end 1000 butikker samt en tydeligere differentiering af kæderne.

, vil fortælle om indholdet af HR-strategien der er tæt koblet på både Coops strategi men også de største forretningsmæssige risici og muligheder, som ses på people-agendaen.

Lotte vil fortælle om både processen i udarbejdelse af en ny HR-strategi med mange interessenter (tillidsrepræsentanter, kæderåd, Coop ejede butikker, a.m.b.a, selvstændige brugsforeninger, 5 forskellige butikskæder, bestyrelse mm) og indholdet af den nye HR-strategi.

HR strategiens omdrejningspunkter handler om:

  • Kampen for god ledelse
  • Fastholdelse og rekruttering
  • Mangfoldighed og en kultur med ejerskab og engagement
